Before joining Verus Energy, David spent seven years at Ernst & Young where he was active in the practices of Infrastructure Advisory, Corporate Finance, Valuation, Business Modelling, Litigation Consulting, and Audit.

Most recently, David served as a Senior Executive in Ernst & Young’s Renewables, Waste, & Clean Energy team where he provided corporate finance and strategic consulting advice to developers, utilities and other stakeholders in the EfW, wind, and solar sectors.  In this capacity, David executed a wide range of mandates related to the commercial and financial implementation of traditional and advanced EfW solutions.

David is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He holds a Masters degree in Medieval History and English Literature from the University of St. Andrews and a Masters degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
